The Hotel Ludwig was great value and right opposite the Hauptbahnhof. The breakfast buffet which was included was brilliant. The hotel is very basic but clean, it allows smoking in some rooms and you could tell. Free wireless internet in the lobby and a PC if you don;t have your own. more

The Platzl is very well located near the Marienplatz and other sites. The breakfast buffet was amazing so many choices and very good quality, even champagne. The staff were very helpful. more

Just a short walk(<5 minutes) from the train station in central Munich. Personable and helpful staff. Rooms very nice (newly furnished since 2008) and quiet; with elevator. Complete European-style breakfast included. Free WiFi in lobby. Free parking in rear courtyard. Can store baggage. more
