A dreadful weekend. We stayed at TPI Christchurch East for one night, Saturday 13th March. Double Room with Breakfast for two people. £72.50 all up. Not a bad price for a sunny weekend even if it WAS March. We arrived mid afternoon. Asked for an upper floor room. None available. However, another receptionist found one ok. It faced a brick... more

Before I start, I want to point out that we normally ‘don't do’ complaining as you will see from our previous review where we had nothing but praise for the hotel and I hope that this criticism will be viewed as constructive and assist the management in making a few desperately needed tweaks to this hotel.
