Perfect "girls day" getaway. Just got back from our fabulous "girls getaway" at Bluemountain. We rented a great Chalet just outside of the village and spent an afternoon at the Scandinave Spa. The spa was so amazing hot baths, cooling pools, steam rooms, saunas, outdoor fireplaces, relaxing chairs and hammocks. Worth every cent. A wonderful day with wonder friends. Thx... More

I have been to this spa several times but this time it was different. I had invited another couple since we loved it so much the time before. This time we were followed around by what I call the Quiet Police" . bordering on creepiness. This young fellow was following myself and girlfriend around at every move, even though we... More

Scandinave Spa is outstanding. The setting is idyllic. The packages offered are all great value. Lunch was lovely, the massage was fantastic - but the baths are really the main event! So relaxing. I loved napping in a hammock under the tree canopy listening to the blue jays. I can't wait to go back. There are two reasons I gave... More

My husband and I went to the spa as part of our 10 year wedding anniversary get away to Blue Mountain. I was nervous that he wouldn't like it but he found it relaxing and not at all intimidating. The staff was very nice, the rules are explained (and enforced) and everything was clean and well run. We went on... More

I have been to the spa several times, and always come away feeling very relaxed. Its not a spa in the usual sense, you rotate between the hot pools, the saunas, and the cold pools. The massage therapists are excellent, I think I have been About 7-8 times, and have only had one therapist I wouldn't go back to. There... More

Its not a European salt spring but the closest Ontario has to offer. We stayed for about 4 hours................ totally rested. Noticed most do not take cold showers or dips. For your health DO SO, it does something. On the Tuesday we went there were maybe 100, imagine at some times its crowded but we had a great time. Steam... More

We visited the Scandinave Spa back in the fall with another couple. While neither of us were sure what to expect we all came away feeling completely relaxed and in agreement that it was well worth the trip. While they have many of the regular spa like services (massage, manicures etc.), their claim to fame is their large hot spaa... More

This is a place that everyone should endeavor to go to at least once. This was my 4th time and I am booking again for later this month. Everything is so well done. The check-in in the morning is fast considering there is often a long line up of people waiting for the baths. The masseuse was excellent. I had... More

I must say that this was a day I won't soon forget! I was fortunate enough to be able to share this day with my Mom and we sure enjoyed it. We enjoyed Swedish massages and then off to the serenity of the bathes. Eucalyptus steam sauna, dry saunas, hot pools, cold pools, hammocks. Be sure to bring a water... More
