An awesome very spiritual experience. Still a work in progress. Terrific views to be had of the surrounding areas if the weather is clear.

this is a very big statue. was so great, you can see the statue from karon beach. at 2011 i have visit this also. and now in 2013 i visit it again. and it's still in progress

We have been to Big Buddha quiet a few times over the years, and a visit to Phuket would be incomplete without going to Big Buddha. Entry fee is free, but donations are welcomed. Best time to go is early in the morning.

We had a good visit to the Big Buddha in Phuket, no finished yet but that did not make it not worth seeing it, there was plenty of parking and lots of different ativities that will keep children busy. The Buddha itself is based on high ground and overlooks most of Phuket ... very nice views from up there.

It is very beautifuly made but very very turistic. I think they will take more time to finish this. Craft very very well done with the white marble. Good to see one time.

This is really worth seeing. It is amazing to see how the workers hang off the sides on bamboo scaffolding. Very spiritual too.
