We went here one afternoon after visiting the main area at Zion. We were able to drive through here and that was nice. Very beautiful scenery, and to us, it was worth the extra drive.

Nice, short hike with a beautiful overlook in the northern end of the park. Different from its southern counterpart, the Kolob Canyons and this trail will give you a rich view and different perspective of Zion altogether.
The lesser known aspect of Zion NP. The colors are more dramatic than it's mo popular southern section of the park. It is literally right off the interstate, take some time and visit this hidden gem of Zion NP.
Totally worth the detour. be Beautiful overlook, easy add on to your trip! Can literally be done in 30min or less. Imagine here are some near hikes too.

drive to and into canyon fantastic. Only disappointment but not significant was end of drive. Found views en route much more impressive.
Cool little visitor center. Even if you don't have time to drive the loop, see the visitor center. Some impressive views on the drive, but, not as good as going to the main part of the park. Sometimes its hard to find a parking spot at the center, you may have to wail till someone pulls out.
It was cold and windy when we took the drive to the top, but we had to get out and look at the view a while. Amazing!!!
This is a good value if you have a National Park Pass. Drive is only five miles in and out. Beautiful views. We were on motorcycles and drove to the top and then back out. Looks like it would be great for hiking and there are trails.
If you have to pay cash might be expensive if you just want...

We hiked the Taylor Creek trail and the La Verkin Creek trail. Both were fantasic and I would highly recommend them. Even if you just do the scenic drive, the scenery is gorgeous. If you didn't do Angel's Landing or Observation Point in Zion valley due to veritgo issues, you can get longer, more level trails (still steep in some...
