The class was welcoming, informative and fun. Lorenzo was an excellent host and Chef Claudia an excellent teacher. They were happy to accommodate me, the only vegetarian in the group, alongside the standard Yucatan menu and I believe I can adapt most of the recipes that were provided. The little onsite ship has a small,, quality selection.

This is my second time with Claudia and Lorenzo and I hope to have a third and fourth! The menu was different (Northern Mexico vs earlier Yucatan/QR). This was our second time to go to cooking classes with Claudia and her husband Lorenzo. A lovely home, very fun and interesting. I came home with lots of new dinner ideas and the food is authentic, and fresh. What a feast we had that day too eating everything! Lovely time. We will definitely go again!

Chef Claudia and her husband make this a real hands on -not commercial--experience and knowledge of authentic Mayan/Mexican cooking in her beautiful home.
