I researched/googled the "best" facials in Canada & according to ELLE Canada the best facial for anti-aging is the Ultimate Caviar Facial at the Willow Stream Spa. So when I stayed in Banff last week, I decided to treat myself. After checking in, I was taken to the Spa room with a fabulous mountain view which I enjoyed as I... More

For the record, this is my very first spa experience, so I'll admit I know nothing about other spas. That said, I love this place! My wife has been here several times before and at her recommendation, we took off for a couple's spa day in the mountains. My only advice: Get here early! The cost just to get in... More

I can’t say enough good things about this spa. My husband and I spontaneously decided to avoid the cares of the day by heading to Banff for a massage, hot springs, and a nice dinner. The day turned out to be the best of the 4 “honeymoons” we took in the last couple months. I’m not a huge fan of... More

Staff were personable with great service. However after receiving my pedicure and told to wait 2 hours for my nails to be fully dry, and waiting 9 hours before wearing closed toe shoes my pedicure was ruined. Not worth the price, nor would I recommend to anyone.

There is something so magical about this spa. The smells, the music, the layout - I love it all. I try to make it up here once a year for a treat - sitting in the pools, eating the snacks, drinking the cucumber mint water while wrapped up in your cushy robe...bliss. The best part is the outdoor hot tub.... More

You are treated like royalty. It's a splurge but so worth it. The pools, hot tub and lounges are such a special experience. It's a must do!

Ok, so I love going to a spa, and I get massages alot, but the one I received from Amber was the best massage I have ever gotten. Don't forget, it is very expensive, with tip and tax it was about 220.00, but this includes the facilities to the pools/saunas/hot tubs etc., the co-ed lounge has tea/coffee/water/cookies etc. The ladies... We spent a night at the Banff Springs Hotel lately and booked ourselves in for a massage and i am so glad that we did. The spa was by far the best I have been to. Great massage therapist but honestly I could have had a mediocre massage therapist and would still recommend it. While treatments are expensive the spa... More

Excellent staff and treatments, all the ammenities are very nice. Good atmosphere, mineral pool area a bit cramped, hard to get a lounger.

My sister treated me to a day at the spa. I had 3 treatments that day. I started out with a stress relief massage which was amazing. I was asked about pressure and preference to suit my needs. My sister ordered us lunch and we ate in the coed lounge overlooking the snow covered mountains. I had a bento box... More
