We booked the trip to go hike and soak in the natural hot springs and thought we might get to see some wildlife on the way if we were lucky. Well we were more than lucky we had a resident nature lover as our tour guide. If you ever come please ask for Eugene! He has lived in Claquot Sound... More

My wife and I had booked a tour to the hot springs through our hotel. I guess through some sort of administrative error, our names never did get saved into the list of folks getting on the morning boat for this tour. When we got there, we were told the boat is full and that our names were not on... More

We went bear-watching this morning on a zodiac. The trip was well organised, the staff were friendly and helpful. We saw seals, bald-headed eagles and seven bears. The weather was sunny and the sea was calm. A most memorable trip. Thank you!

We really wanted to do a whale-watching trip while in Tofino and we chose Jamie's...a good choice. We set out in fog and light rain in a comfortable large vessel with enclosed spaces and warm blankets, coffee and hot chocolate. Captain Chris and his helper Claire were wonderfully helpful and non-stop informative. We cruised out past islands to where the... More

We chose to go on one of the larger boats with an open top-deck, and an enclosed lower deck. We stayed up top for the entire trip, and were glad we had brought gloves and hooded sweaters under our jackets -- it definitely got cold as you headed out to the ocean. (the staff offered blankets if needed; hot drinks... More

Went to the Hot Springs with Jamie's and enjoyed the whole trip. The hot springs are HOT! and small but wonderful and the scenery is superb. The ocean was very rough and I enjoyed sitting in the hot pools and watch the cold ocean splashing off the rocks mere meters away. Captain Tony was great too. A down to earth... More

Helpful informed staff and great boat. Everything we hoped it would be. Trip not to be missed. We went in April. Trip started in wet pacific mist and ended in glorious sunshine. Apart from seeing the whales, which was awesome, the scenery was absolutely stunning.

We had a memorable 3 hours on board Jamie's Whale watching boat out of Tofino. As well as seeing lots of whales, one of which gave us 30 minutes of his undivided attention doing great jumps out of the water (apparently called breaching), we saw rocks full of sea lions and a playful river otter. The boat was comfortable (they... More

It was a wonderful whale watching trip today! The crew was so friendly and helpful for the whole trip. We saw many whales and when they were a little slow on there dives, the captain took us around to see seals, sea lions, and sea otters. I had a wonderful time and then to top it all off, just as...
