In one day, you can get a quick taste of the mountain experience. Snow, bears, Lumberjacks, chair lifts. Not to mention those amazing locals that run up the mountain doing the Grouse Grind. All of this on a day trip from downtown vancouver.

Unfortunately when I visited it was out of season and most of the attractions were closed, i saw a sleeping wolf in the reservation and walked through some snow to see some very sleepy bears. The theater is worth checking out they show many different short videos on the history of grouse mountain and you exit into the gift shop.... More

really liked here specially the suspension bridge going over the river canyon people were a bit nervous as it moves in the middle, but its safe you have to do it. try a buffalo burger before you go across.
