We were lucky. The previous group looked for orcas for hours and haven't found them. Our skipper, Jeff, warned us about this and offered to take a different route and see some Minke whales. But luckily, his radio came to life - another boat has signalled that they've found the orcas! Jeff took us there at full speed, while Val... More

Although we did not see whales the day we took the excursion, we traveled 110 miles over 4.5 hours looking for them!! Chris and Jeff were great and you could see they made every effort to find the whales. With the whale guarantee we will definately be back to use our voucher. Thanks for the great day.

We booked our whale watching tour with Eagle Wing after doing some research on Tripadvisor and comparing what different companies offer for your money. We realized that Eagle Wing offers the best service and their main priority is their customers. After our tour, we realized we picked the best company because our experience with them was unbelievable. Their office is... More

Booked a tour with Eagle Wing for our vacation last week. My son, husband, and I had a thrilling trip with two very knowledgeable guides. We saw lots of whales and thought the whole thing was very professional from the reservation process, to signing in, getting our gear, and heading out to find the pods. Just a great time and... More

How to tell all the suppliers of whale watching apart? Presumably they all have great knowledge (and they all share info of where the whales are), and they all friendly. Yes to both of these for Eagle Wing. But what I really liked was the boat. It is not a Zodiac so you can get up and move around, and... More

In may I spent my first vacation in Canada (Vancouver/Vancouver Island) and I had the most wonderful time I could have wished for myself. The whale watching tour with Eagle Wing was my second one on Vancouver Island in 1 week time. During my stay in Ucluelet at the Pacific Rim National Park I did a whalewatching tour with Archipelago... More

You certainly did pick the right tour for your last day and just as you said, it was GREAT. We all want to thank the folks in Ucluelet for the recommendation and you can be sure we always reciprocate when asked. The whale watching community is a close knit group and we all know who to recommend in another area... More

My husband and I did some research on whale-watching excursions before our trip to Victoria, and decided on Eagle Wing -- and we certainly made the right choice! After securing our reservation with Eagle Wing a few days in advance of our trip, we also followed-up on the complimentary pick-up from our downtown hotel on the morning of our tour,... More

Great tour and absolutely worth the money! The boat trip was really nice in itself but we were lucky to see orca whales, seals and sea lions. The guide and skipper didn't watch the clock and gave us more time to watch the orca whales. It was really fantastic! Highly recommendable! If you don't see any whales you receive a... More

This tour group educated me on the coastal history as well as it's inhabitants. We were lucky enough to spot a humpback! Chris(squared) were amazing from the attention to everyone's comfort, to the way they explained the homes of the 'destitute' who lived along the coast :P Thank God they had blankets, Miami (me) needed it!! So, take everything they... More
