Central, knowledgable staff, great 3-d map of downtown and some interesting activities for kids

If you need any kind of advice, you can get a lot of good help here. They know a lot and are very serviceminded.
We stopped by the Kiosk a couple of times for suggestions and brochures. The attendants were very helpful and the information available was worth the stop.
A potpourri of local knowledge and some very intersting side trips and off the beaten track attractions
The old Capital Infocentre has moved to the World Exchange Plaza at 111 Albert Street, Ottawa (ON) and is now called the Capital Information Kiosk. The staff is still friendly and posess a wealth of knowledge, plus they have lots of great insider tips to share!
Hands down the best tourist information booth I have been to anywhere. Well stocked with brochures, maps and knowledgable staff that enjoy helping you. And free washrooms to boot - cannot be beat on Canada Day or any big event downtown.
