There's a fountain in the park, with some seating. There are festivals that are held here, it's right across from city hall. There are regulars who show up at the park to feed birds and squirrels. Nice place to walk through on your way to work or to catch a bus. If you're driving, you'll have to park several blocks...

In May, the fountain is nice and refreshing to dip your hands or feet into especially after race weekend. In winter it is a great place to see the ice sculptures of Winterlude
