With its indomitable skiable terrain and angled slopes thatseem to sweep straight into the sea, the mountain is also reknowned for its impressivesnowfall with over 22 ft annually (669 cm). On your stop at the Mountain, why not try the new 7.5 km rodeling run on natural snow, and for expert skiers, explore close to 100 acres of off-trail terrain. Went there not for skiing but for rodeling. What an experience!!!!!! It was a little scary at first because the pist was icy bat after a few minutes, you have a better control. Take the time to look at the scenary because it is simply so beautiful the view of the St-Laurent river. Don't try to go to fast if... More

Warm weather led us to Le Massif instead of Ste. Anne where we had planned to spend most of our trip (we skied one day at Ste. Anne and then went back to Le Massif). At the risk of ruining a good thing, I think Le Massif offers a better experience than Ste. Anne - at least for families. It... More

If you say that you can ski at 830am....then let people down the runs. Over the 3 days of snowboarding. Many runs were not open AT ALL. One the one day there was lots of new snow the resort groomed away all the snow and slowly opened runs. People come to your resort to SKI!! There were no lift lines... More

Skiing was fantastic, the ticket booth not so much. People in the booth very disorganized and their new ticket systems seems to take forever to load new days. I was frustrated with the increased prices for Friday and the weekend even though we already had their speicial prix cards purchased very early in the week. We went Rodeling and it... More

Other than the large mountains in the rockies and the Alps, Le Massif is really for serious skiing. It doesn't have rows and rows of shops and restaurants at the base, or pubs and bars for apres-ski, but it's one of the places you can ski-until-you-drop. The trails are challenging in general. It has the only "triple black diamond" trail... More

Le Massif has > 100 m more vertical than Tremblant or Mont Sainte Anne. Great runs and the lift ticket prices are reasonable. Beware, not a mountain for beginners. Staff are friendly and willing to help you in English or French. For 2013 the mountain put on extra staff and opened the ticket windows, and base and summit lodges earlier... More

This hill has great potential, but still some work to do. The view from the top is fantastic, and the runs are long and many quite challenging. We skied on a Sunday, and found the set-up at the top (you drive to the top of this hill and park, purchase tickets, etc... from there) somewhat awkward with a long wait... More

I have skied many places in Utah, Montana, and Alaska, and I would match Le Massif up against any of those areas! I went in February with a much below normal snowpack and a lingering rain crust, yet the snowpack was still sufficient for most glades to be open on the upper 2/3 of the mountain. This place had almost... More

I have been to Quebec city every year for the last 7 years now, and each time I just cant get enough of the city. There is always skiing involved, since I'm from the land where ski hills are mere bumps and require a second mortgage for a lift ticket...Ontario. We have always gone to Mount St. Anne and Stoneham... More
