This non-profit organization discriminates based on health care status. If you are 12 and older and do not have a covid shot, you are not allowed to ski or snowboard.
They do this of their own accord, it is not even forced by the Provincial or Federal Government. My family of 6 and many of our friends used to go there. We will never support them again, ever!

Teens are hired to work and treated with little to no respect. They must stand for hours on end with no where to warm up. Shifts constantly changed and cancelled while they are working. They hire too many kids so they can take liberties of firing them with no just cause. Do yourself a favour and drive to hill worth your while, where the poor kids working for them making minimum wage while they collect $80 an hour for lessons are treated with just a little respect.

Ok, it only has 11 runs and they're short but the cost is low, the chalet is pretty nice, the layout is great, there's plenty of parking, lineups are not bad, they have night skiing and it's close... For a fun day of skiing it's terrific.

Chicopee is a great ski hill to teach your kids or older friends how to ski. It is very reasonable, has good equipment to rent , good teachers, and a fantastic chalet. The hill is not big but it is in Kitchener not out west.

Bought the grandkids skiing equipment for Christmas and have taken them out for Friday Family Nights where the cost is more affordable. Had won a 106.7 radio station contest the year before and was able to try skiing again after a 15 year absence from the sport, due to knee injuries, money etc. Wow, we had a blast and therefore, decided to take up the sport with the grandkids the following year. They love it! I love it! and what better place to experience first time skiing then something in my backyard, literally. The people that work there are helpful and pleasant. The cost of the restaurant there is expensive, but we keep our costs to a minimum there by bringing our own. Sorry, but we are there to ski and have fun, not eat!

This isn't the biggest ski hill but if you don't have time to go north or you want to teach your kids to ski this is an excellent place to go. I don't know of a ski resort that takes safety more seriously than Chicopee. It also has a very large number of expert volunteer staff teaching ski classes, manning the lifts etc and is the best place I know for training beginner skiers. All their staff are very helpful and it has a very friendly family atmosphere. They have a large amount of equipment for making snow so they are often open to the end of March break. All in all an excellent place.

We live in k/w so when you could buy 2hr lift passes I would take our whole family every week, sometimes twice a week. Now, however, you are forced to buy a whole day pass at $41/pass, making it a couple of hundred per outing. The place is simply too small and the hills too little to keep you entertained for more than a couple of hours. That makes it colossally overpriced. They need to bring back 2hr lift passes or 4hr at most.

we ( family of four) booked a beginner package for skiing in February2019. its a good place with knowledgeable instructors but the problem was that the group size taken for the class was too big or the no. of instructors less. with the result that we hardly had anyone teach us anything. i think its a great place but need to manage the class size for these teaching sessions.
The other areas were well organized, the cafetarias, the check in desks etc were very efficient.

I've skied at Chicopee a couple of times with my daughter on weekday school trips. I was curious as to how busy the weekday night skiing is, after 4:30 time of thing.
I was considering a season pass but mainly for the weekdays and evenings.
