You don't need to stay at the hotel to enjoy the beautiful garden, helicopter tours or the ghost town. I always like going to these places (ghost towns) to see how people used to live. With those tools, visiting the dentist must have been a truly frightening experience!

Fun place to stop, very informative about BC'S history. The trains are awesome! You can take a helicopter ride here too!

there are lots of things to see on this stop...history is rich. they have acquired and maintained many historical buildings, autos, etc from around bc. almost too much stuff. but pleasant walk around the site and lovely rooms. downside is some of the staff...not the friendliest at times.

We have been driving past this attraction at Three Valley Gap for years but never stopped in. Finally did last summer and was very surprised to see how much was there. All very interesting, also enjoyed supper there in the hotel which I would also recommend. The liver and onions where to die for.

We had no idea of this collection of country living from 100 years ago. The collection which included buildings brought into the museum from the area was so educational. Don't miss it!

There are obviously very devoted historians and people who care about preserving the history of the area. Many buildings have been moved here rather than left to deteriorate elsewhere. This museum is so large and has so many buildings and artefacts that it is difficult to see it in a short time. Sadly many of the displays need some tender... More

The three valley gap ghost town has plenty to offer for all ages and is a great way to spend a few hours even when it rains. My young son found the train round house amazing as he got to walk through the train carriages.

There was a LOT to see with a lot of history of the area posted. The kids enjoyed seeing the old automobiles and the train area. Good value as we were staying at the Chateau and got in for half price.

Three generations of us loved this place - we spent a couple of hours one night and hadn't come close to seeing it all, so we went back the next morning as well. The things they had there are so interesting, we thought it was really fantastic

Visited with 2 seniors, 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child. We were greeted at the ticket counter by a very eclectic staff member. He certainly fit into the surroundings although I found myself dashing away from his as quick as I could! I was surprised there is no longer a guided tour, but really not disappointed because we would... More
