Kids of all ages love the touch pool. Great live exhibits including seal tank. Take as much time as you like. Kids love to retrace their steps as do adults. Fun time.

I have family in Saint Andrews and I love to visit. Since my childhood, I have been visiting the Huntsman aquarium every year at least once. However, since the renovations, it has been even more enjoyable. For one, the seal tank is no longer pitifully small and now has lots of room for the two seals and an awesome observation... More

A rather limited exhibit area, which took all of perhaps a half an hour to tour. It appears to be a work in progress, so perhaps the exhibits will expand. We were told we were there on the one year anniversary of the center. We watched the seals being fed, and there was a large outdoor tank with sea sturgeon... More

Thank you for visiting the Fundy Discovery Aquarium. Throughout the summer months the Aquarium featured theme weeks which delivered a new display and programming. We have just launched a fundraising appeal for a new Seahorse display and will be featuring a hermit crab display beginning in December - which will become part of a rotating display to include amphibians. There's not much there for the adult or teen, but small children would enjoy the touch tanks and the seals. Facility is understaffed. Entrance fee is a bit steep. Still worth the visit if you're in St. Andrews and have an interest in marine life.

Thank you for visiting the Fundy Discovery Aquarium. Although the touch tanks and exhibits are fascinating to children, many of the exhibits, including the industry panels, history, ecology and economy panels are related to adult education. Many adults have not had the experience of handling a sea cucumber, sea star, hermit crab, skate etc..and are also fascinated by the touch... More

Three adults and a 2.5-year-old spent a wonderful afternoon exploring everything the Huntsman has to offer, including a blue lobster, a gigantic 50-pound lobster, and two touch tanks with starfish, sea cucumbers, rays and other denizens of the cold North Atlantic waters. We watched the seals from below and above, visited a tank full of sturgeons, and learned a lot.... More

If you are looking for jumping dolphins and staged shows this is not the place for you. If you are interested in local sealife and want to actually handle many of the coastline residents, this is the place for you.

Definitely worth a trip. And if you're in St Andrews anyway, this is not to be missed. They've recently completed a substantial expansion, and it really nice. Touch tank, views of the bay, seals and other creatures swimming right up to you in glass tanks.

Our entire family enjoyed our visit to the Marine Science Centre. Our children would have stayed for hours exploring sea life. They loved it!
