I was happily surprised, because how do you top Whitney. But Heather Headley, did it her own way, respectfully. I enjoyed the show very much. the other cast members were all impressive. Smart use of the decor and light. And at the end, it's really was like a party with sing along. I really recommend this show. Even my husband... More

Saw this show a few days ago, it is absolutly brilliant!! The whole cast put so much into the show. The lead role of Rachel Marron was played by the understudies understudy and she was very good, would not tell she was an understudy if you were not told. Book in advance the theatre was full and from looking it... More

Wow this musical is overhyped. Acting is just awful, and there is way too much of it in this one. Songs were quite good, but there just was way too much of clumsy acting compared to great singing. Did also see Jersey Boys the day before, and it was a lot better. I Don't think this musical is a must-see... More

Was lucky to be able to attend the musical on 25 Apr 2013 when Heather Headley was performing as Rachel - a great voice that brings back memories of Whitney Houston in the movie. Loved the vibe and coursing emotions during the musical and it was great to see the audience dancing to the musical at the end of the... More

Went to see this on Saturday night. I will admit I am a real fan of the original film (Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner - cheesy I know !) and so was desperate to see this. It did not fail to live up to my very high expectations (and believe me they were high and I wondered as I sat... More

My husband and I booked last minute for the show whilst walking past the theatre we noticed there were tickets left for the evening performance on Tuesday 7 May 2013. We thought the theatre was beautiful. Heather Headley wasnt playing that evening but her understudy was fantastic. We found the show awesome and thoroughly enjoyable. Better in the theatre than... We had the opportunity to attend the stage version of the Whitney Houston movie, "The Bodyguard" at the Adelphi Theatre. To be perfectly honest, the story line is ok but the music is fantastic. It stars Heather Headley as Rachel. She has a voice that brings back the memories of Whitney. She made the show. Didn't see the movie, but... More
