We have done a half day trip to Stonehenge, Avebury, Lacock and Castle Combe - the driver/guide was funny, informative and very friendly, I like the schedule and time keeping. I didnt like the fact that an infant was taken on board and was loud when the guide was telling us some stories.

I am amazed at what a great value this company offers. We did the full day tour to Stonehenge, Avebury and a couple of small towns. Our driver/guide (Gary) was a never ending font of information about virtually along the way. He brought along supplemental information (pictures, books) about the things we saw for those interested in learning more. He... More

Enjoyable tour. Good value for money. Was great to see Avebury as well as Stonehenge. Great way to see all the famous sites if you don't have a car. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. Would recommend.

My wife and I are NOT the type that go on tours. Ever. But we really didn't want to rent a car and we wanted to see both Stonehenge and Avebury along with a bit of the countryside. What we got was a great all day excursion for a reasonable price in small bus - there were about 11 of... More

Really enjoyed this tour, Lewis our guide was friendly, pleasant, courteous and very informative. We were given so much information throughout the day, from 8.30am - 6pm! There was so much to see and learn about, enough time to take photos, rest and take it all in. The weather was amazing which made it all so much more enjoyable. In... More

We took the Cotswold Tour on a windy and a bit snowy day in March, 2013. Our driver, Tim, was at the meeting point just in time and he was pleasant all the way to 5 o’clock. The bus was tiny, but perfect for a good drive on narrow roads through tiny villages. Charming villages by the way. A camera... More

The full day Cotswolds tour is an excellent way to visit the different scenic villages in the Cotswolds given our limited time in Bath. The driver showed good knowledge of the places we visited and gave prompt narration or information whenever we came across something of interest.

Mad Max was highly recommended by the Tasburgh House in Bath. Since we weren't keen on driving on the left hand side of the road, going on a small van tour with two other passengers was comfortable and convenient. Our guide, Chris, was so knowledgeable about the historical sites and brought the small villages to life with stories of the... More
