This tour was fantastic!!! My only regret is we did it the third day we were here in Dublin rather than the first day! Our guide, Robbie, was brilliant AND hilarious! To be honest, I usually find some of the history stuff a bit dry, but not today. The tour was 3 hours long, but I was sad to see... More

Fun and informative all in the same package. This was my second time doing this Sandemans tour in Dublin (the fist I did few years ago) and once again I enjoyed very much. Our guide (Robbie?) used our groups different nationalities as examples which helped understanding the events and locations of the past. This also made a really good n... More

Robbie was a class act and really knew some of the sights and wonders of Dublin. Robbie was even challenged by a local guardsmen near the city hall with some local trivia and he was astonished when he knew the correct answer. Enjoying the city of Dublin is NOT complete without a tour by the man, myth and legend of... More

We went for an excellent 3 1/2 hours walking tour in the city centre Dublin on 27/4/2013. Our guide, Stephen, is an awesome young boy, who knows very well the history of Ireland, has humour and is very kind. Even the tour is free, Stephen is a professional guide. We enjoyed very much the tour. If I go to other... More

I've done a few Sandemans tours in the past and this was definitely one of the best! Our guide James was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. You could tell he really enjoyed his job and was passionate about this city. I learned a ton and had a few laughs along the way! I definitely recommend! And if you... More

I feel awful that I don't remember our guide's name, however, he was hilarious and very informative! I've been to a few different tours by Sandeman and the Dublin was my favorite, mostly because of our guide!

We enjoyed a rather damp and blustery tour around the city. Mark was a great guide with many entertaining facts and stories, which gave us a great insight into Dublins history. This was a great way to start off our 3 day visit as we would never have found out all this information ourselves. Well worth the tip paid.

We walked around the city the evening before, and saw a few of the sites we visited the next morning on the walking tour. I really enjoyed seeing the sites and learning about a lot of the history along the way. Our tour guide, Stephen, was great. Born and raised in Dublin, he knew a lot about the city, the... More

I thought our tour guide, Sinead, in Dublin for the free tour was great, she was funny, entertaining, and a fount of historical knowledge. She told a bunch of great stories about the city, the historical events that shaped the city and the peoples of Ireland. I would recommend this tour as a great way to get an introduction to... More
