This was a great place to get directions, find a recommended hotel (we took their recommendation), and we were apprised of several activities that one can partake in, in and around the area. The staff were very friendly, and very patient!

Very nice office - large, bright and spacious. Helpful, polite staff who knew their stuff! Lots of information sheets provided, very knowledgeable about the area

Tourist office had very good info but the staff was not very friendly. No public bathrooms available. You could get all the information about Ireland you might need.

We were looking for schedule for Dublin City Bus. Although they didn't have schedules (apparently they fly out the door) he explained the different bus services available & the locations of the stations.

Everyone here works like clockwork to get you on your journeys in County Kerry. They were willing to stay a few minutes past closing time to help us get on our way. I think the young lady's name was Finula - she was so charming and helpful!

The travel advisor, Michelle, was so helpful and interested in making our stay the best possible. She helped us book our lodging in Galway. I would recommend this office to anyone. You are definitely in capable, caring hands at this tourist office.

This is the first place you should visit when you arrive in the town. The ladies in there are a wealth of knowledge. They provided us with suitable maps, all free of charge, and advised on the the best attractions.

Whilst in Killarney I popped in the office to have a look at what information was available. A set of walking guides has been produced (and were free), I've kept these as I hope to return to do more of them! The staff are friendly and they don't pounce on you the moment you walk in the doorway, they give... More

We found the staff couldn't do enough to plan our itinery and advise re restaurants and places to see. The lay-out was bright and cheerful and it had loads of free literature and maps. One will have a delightful holiday by allowing staff here into your world of hobbies and interests and what you want from your holiday.
