Booked walking tour of Colosseum through weekend in italy, went to meeting point 30 minutes early only to find NO ONE. I was displeased to say the least. I am expecting my money back; don't even know why weekend in italy is still selling these tours.

We booked our three day tour to Sorrento through Grayline.com. Their agent in Rome, Appian Line was supposed to pick us up but they did not turn up. No call, no email whatsoever. No Music, no hotel pick-up and terrible dinner was the conclusion after having this trip. Stay away from this Company and be aware that City Discovery is promoting and using Appian as subcontractor. Terrible, terrible, terible
