Brilliant fountain but so many people there and a few locals begging. Just be careful of pick pockets!

Initially visited n a Sunday evening, it was busy and quite a crush. However went at 8am on a Tuesday morning and the fountains were switched off and there were only a few people about. Magical

The place i most wanted to visit in Rome and i wasn't one bit dissapointed, the atmosphere was unreal....Lots of people so be aware of purse snatching......

The fountain itself was beautiful and definitely a must see. But very crowded so don't expect what you see in the old movies! Almost impossible to find space to take good friends and family photos.

I was a tourist there, but I must admit: Trevi Fountain's main problem is the tourists. There are so many it's hard to take a good look at the Fountain, but you should go there when in Rome. There probably isn't a fountain in the whole world that can be quite as grand as the Trevi Fountain.

Loved the fountain, hated the masses of people. I think most came for the gelato not the fountain! Don't go Sunday afternoon...how foolish were we?

Great to toss my coins into the fountain. Will return to Rome one day. Although I wish there weren't so many visitors at the time I visited. Everyone must see the Trevi before they leave Roma.
