The Capitoline Museum has a very impressive collection that isn't so overwhelming that you can't see it all in one visit. We spent 2 hours at this museum and thoroughly enjoyed it. the Capitoline Museums have some remarkable ancient statues, stone work (the funeral stones are very informative), artifacts and bronzes. Some interesting insight into the formation of Rome and the views from the museum is special.

Sculptures and Paintings in this museum is exquisite. If you buy the roma pass, you are entitled to see two museums free with this pass. so apart from colosseum, this museum is a must see and is next to Pallazzo Venezia.
