Absolutely amazing. I dropped by the Grand Place everyday of my visit to Brussels just to be sure that I have not imagined it. Every building, every ornament, every statue feels as it could only function in this place, and you can't even decide where to look next. One of my favourite attractions ever, for sure.

Everything about the grand place and surrounding areas is beautiful, but beware, do not enter Brussels when on a diet, the chocolate shops are divine!

Brilliant, historical architecture all around and lots of chocolate shops for those with such cravings (and plenty of money!).

The most beautiful place I've even seen. Even more beautiful in the evening when the old buildings are illuminated. Worth seeing!

Amazing. It looks like the Grand-Palace is make out of lace. Such a beautiful building. This is the heart of Brussels and tourist central so can be very busy. Do come back in the night because the place take on a whole different aspects and I think it is even more beautiful at night with the effects of the lights... More

If I could revisit one spot in Brussels, the Grand-Place would be it. It's swarming with tourists, sure, but in this case, the tourists have the right idea. The architecture here is exquisite. Stand in the center, block out the student groups and portrait painters, and just take it in.

Admittedly, you are likely to see every other tourist in Brussels there, snapping pictures, enjoying a drink, or shopping for chocolate, but this is the must see tourist attraction of this European Capitol. The architecture is simply stunning.

It was said that the place is the old city's town hall. It is surrounded by tall beautiful buildings, and one of them is the residence of the legendary Victor Hugo.

All the restaurants set out their tables in the Place, there are flower and artist stalls, and most of Brussels ends up there. The atmosphere is brilliant,and there is music everywhere.
