Always very nice exhibitions and theatre performances take place in Hellenic World. However, the tickets are expensive - dissapointed by the monster exhbition, as related to the ticket price, which took us less than 30 minutes to watch (interesting on the other hand). Another disadvantage is the area, where one may go only by car.

Athens could be just an overload of ancient rocks to your kids. Our tip: pay a visit to Hellenic Cosmos firts. A virual (and interactive) show will help them understand what used to be there. The acropolis and other ruins are much more "accesible" afterwards! Next to that the math exebithion is great to!

If you are interested in history, it's a must! Go to Acropolis and the other Museums, but in Hellenic Cosmos you will find something uniqe (in the world). Here you will understand how all those ruins where! The virtual reality show in the dome (tholos as they call it) was unbelievable! (ask for the newest VR show about Priene).

The Mathematics exhibition is a must! It is not about mathematics as a science, but rather it tells you the history of mathematics. Even those who did not like math in our group, loved it! The VR (virtual reality) show in "Tholos" (the large VR theater) was unique! We saw the "new" program about ancient Miletus and the graphics quality... More

Very modern, quite interesting for congresses. Excellent halls and lounge areas, up to date technology.

Hellenic Cosmos is an ultra modern cultural centre and museum open to people of all ages and interests like virtual reality tours and interactive exhibitions, using state of the art technology. We had a virtual reality tour for 45 minutes at the city of Miletus, as it was 2000 years ago. This 3D production is much better than the "Athena... More

We loved this museum. It was definitely hard to find, and the hours it was open/had shows were iffy, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were lost for a while coming off the metro- it is on the main street, across from the car dealerships, look for a dome and an area that looks like performing arts-... More

This was a sort of letdown. This is not a museum that will be more interesting to kids - it will ONLY interest children and that is if they are not too picky. Staff is usually great and helpful, but nothing really help you immerse in the hellenic past. Interactive displays are basic at best and the 3D tour is... More
