Beautifully laid out and with some excellent greenhouse exhibits, the Botaniska Tradgarden is well worth the visit for nature lovers and a wonderful location to share tea or coffee with a friend.

Gothenburgs botanical garden boasts most ordinary and some very different plants, flowers and trees. They are arranged around different themes, like the herbs garden or rock landscape. This is a great place for a romantic walk, Sunday family outing, pick-nick or learning experience.

I don't know anything about flowers, but I found this to be a very wonderful place to spend an hour. Very pretty. Nice greenhouses and outdoor exhibits.

A bit like the RHS gardens at Wisley, a bit like Kew Gardens - just lovely to wander around with options for short or long walks. Well worth a visit (but mind the midgies!).
