Other than the more listings of obvious places. leaflets and brochures, the lady that worked there gave us great advice on places to go and see for a short trip to the area - very friendly and welcoming

rather lack lustre and no real tourist information I get the feeling it doesn't really know what its meant to be. Staff need more training. I preferred as it used to be.

Upstairs in old Market Place Hall, with good displays of history of Ross and its characters plus good Tourist Information leaflets and books to buy. Don't miss the chance to go upstairs - there are really interesting displays and a lovely balcony view over the town. But the building is well worth walking to see even if the Visitor Centre is closed!

Great, they are always putting on activities for the children, they are great. Lovely friendly people, and w even booked a National Express coach trip for my Mum while we were there.

I had a meeting in Ross, and arriving early thought I would burn off some time in the market house. my wife wanted a fridge magnet, and were told to come here, the lady behind the counter was very pleasant and polite, and we enjoyed our brief time at the visitor centre, and bought the appropriate magnet

the lady in the visitor centre, was very helpful and gave us lots of tips where to visit

A good place to start your visit of Ross.Gives you an insight to the history and developement of the town.Very interesting and a good place to pass an hour if weather not too good
