Not your typical rip-off tourist hotspot. Very very pleasant. Check out the miniture railway by the Sea-life centre. £1.50 per ride. Made our sons day.

Lovely sand well looked after ie kept clean and ploughed! Lots of new smart beach cafes and bucket and spade beach-shops. Nearby fairground carousel. Only 2 mins across the road into the main shopping area (all the high st shops). Donkeys! Weymouth beach is faultless. White sands, clear blue sea and gorgeous views! Plenty of shops in Weymouth too and the harbour is lovely.

Lots of eating places of all cuisines, excellent bus service, friendly 'natives' During 'high' season no dogs allowed on beach - special area at end of beach for exercising them. Adequate free loos. Plenty of shops of all calibres

A real seaside town with lovely safe beach, Punch and Judy, merry go rounds. Lots of cafe's and ice cream stalls. Plenty of little shops in nice walk around town. Harbour walk and fish and chips, what more do you need.

beach is excellent and always clean, moby dicks is a lovely pub and for entertainment and a good laugh would recomment the kings arms

Loved the location, near the beach, which was beautiful. Ver disappointed with the hotel, tiny rooms, limited hanging space, broom cupboard size shower and toilet, uncomfortable pillows. Restricted choice of wines, with our meal, food lukewarm, manageress not exactly welcoming, parking problems

My local beach we love it on a sunny day ;) the kids are so happy we live right by it won't replace it with nothing.

Lovely clean beach. Very busy and parking can be a nightmare.and expensive. Fun fair, donkey rides, Punch and Judy, water sports all in all good fun.
