Worth popping into Trinity Beach on your way back from/to Port Douglas or Cairns. Not heck of a lot of shops etc. but a lovely beach and playground and the most gorgeous tropical smell walking along the pathway which I couldn't place what it was.

Love the beach, love the community. Basically the beach is very picturesque, clean and even though we were there peak season, fairly empty. There's a lovely little walk at one end too. Very safe, relaxing
Well how things change but, still a good beach. Enjoy the walks along the beach Great watching the sun set

Off the main road so less traveled except by local families. Very quiet during the day then local families picnic in the small beachside parks. Fun to watch them enjoying their beach - then they are home early to put kids to bed. Quiet, safe, lovely. Perfect vacation beach for those who like quiet and a few local and very...
