I was impressed at the ease we got in and out with a packed house. Tram , bus or walk from hotel close by.

Great size for a concert, seating great allowing good viewing. Not enough exits making for a slow escape though. Bit of a walk to public transport

It's always awesome to get to meet up with your favorite tennis players once a year here. It's pretty hot though but worth it. Just witnessed Djokovic to get another grand slam tittle, it's really cool.

Couldn't see Rod laver arena because of the Black Sabbath concert. But even then we just pretty much walked through the venue ( half of it we already saw while searching for the tour departure. Don't bother doing this tour ever. MCG tour was amazing. So many passion and history. Tour started late and was finished in about 25 minutes.

Attended the Bryan Adams concert and the place was packed. Within walking distance to Melbourne or transport at the door step. Good facility with loads of room to move about and good facilities.

Attending the Australian Open is definitely one of Melbourne's tourist highlights. Rod Laver arena is the centre of the Open, and has amazing atmosphere both day and night..(.tip: take sunscreen and hat, the sun can be fierce!) What a beautiful place to experience the Australian Open and concerts. Looking forward to many more happy memories on these grounds :)

The tennis is always a wonderful experience. My only complaint this year was that we were seated in front of the corporate boxes which had the windows fully opened. While we were focused on the game, those in the boxes were more interested in drinking. The more they drank, the louder they got. Put a dampener on the experience. Try... More
