we are not catholic but attended midnight mass, the church was abolsutely packed but it didnt feel cramped, the music was beautiful and the actual building was modern meets history in a very beautiful balance.

Found the Cathedral by accident while walking through the city. Stepping inside it is hard to not be in awe of the beautiful stained glass and masonry work. Perth having so few historical buildings, this one was rich with history and character without being over the top.
You are free to look around and enjoy this beautiful landmark, and you...

The Cathedral is open to the public and has all the usual services that all can attend but it is the sheer height and inticity of details that sets this Cathedral apart from the rest. Its history is rich and has been an iconic Cathedral in Perth City for as long as anyone can remember. The choir stands are perfectly...

There aren't many historical buildings in Perth, but this is one that has meaning and isn't just a glass blob, or towering piece of no importance modernism. You don't have to be religiously inclined to appreciate the cathedral.
Delighted to find a cathedral in Perth that is lovely. The lead lights and glass work is beautiful. The artwork out the front is stunning. The choir is worth sitting back and listening to as well. Best of all it's right in the middle of town.
It's really a beautiful cathedral! When I visited there nearly no tourists. So I can enjoy the quiet place and take some pictures.
Was passing the Cathedral at 7:30am and popped in quickly. Was invited to morning prayer that lasted 15 minutes. What a lovely opportunity to connect and reflect before the day begins. I'm surprised there was no one else doing morning prayer and taking the opportunity before work. Its a beautiful Cathedral.
Very helpful guide who gave us a small guide. Lovely brick built space with wonderful stained glass. A spot of peace and calm
A beautiful place of quietness in the city to contemplate the bigger picture. Beautiful design and love the new sculpture.
I was so stressed from Ms Halls behaviour at Pension of Perth B & B I took solace here while my husband was engaged in other activities
