At the Daughters Visitor Centre, visitors can gain insight into the endemic of trafficking that is ravaging Cambodia while learning more about what Daughters is doing to stop it. Moreover, visitors can actually participate in our work by frequenting one of the three social enterprise businesses housed at the Visitor Centre — our fair-trade shop, cafe or women's spa — all of which provide former victims of trafficking with the vital income and skills to build thriving lives for themselves outside the horrors of the sex industry. If you have a large party, please call ahead of time to allow us to better accommodate you. « less

As has been said by other reviewers it is a shop set up for a great cause but would not be in my top 5 and most likely not in my top ten. I think the reviews are done on emotion rather than reality.

Definitely recommend a visit to Daughters of Cambodia, to support this worthy cause. A great shop with many wonderful things that the survivors of trafficking have made. The cafe is a must, i recommend the eggs Florentine...yum! and ladies you can get yourself a manicure or pedicure too in their beauty room. You can also watch the DVD about Cambodia's... More

A welcome oasis in such a busy city. You enter the shop which sells high quality goods with profits going to such a good cause. At the back of the shop is the pedicure/manicure shop for women only. Upstairs is the cafe where the menu is both amazing in price and quality. So happy to find a decent coffee shop... More

While I respect the cause and what these women are trying to achieve with their lives, the most exciting thing thing about visiting this centre is the tuk tuk ride there and away. Only visit this place if you want to support their efforts otherwise time is much better spent visiting Tuol Sleng or the Killing Fields where one can... More

Hi Marcus R., I'm so sorry you did not enjoy your recent trip to Daughters' Visitor Centre. However, I would agree with you that Daughters is not a place for those preoccupied with the death tourism offered by places like S21 or the Killing Fields. Daughters a place for people to learn about the endemic of trafficking that is ravaging... More

I have had pedicures and manicures all over Asia but the work of these girls is the best I've ever received. They take their time and do a perfect job, after a week of sight seeing in this heat it was just what our tired feet needed. We then bought gifts for everyone because we know that the gifts will... We were recommended this place by some friends and we are so glad we went! As well as the food being delicious (and veggie friendly), its a lovely atmosphere, pretty place and its all for an amazing cause. All the girls that work here are friendly and are happy to help you with everything. You're constantly given water, which is... More

Items all made in Cambodia. I definitely wanted to visit the store and brought my daughter there. We both bought something. They also have a spa, but we didn't use it.

We came here three times and were only in PP for four days! The cafe upstairs is very nice with lots of yummy goodies on offer - (although my fist choice off of the menu for lunch was unavailable on the first day). The brownie is divine and I also enjoyed the cookie dough wrapped in a egg wrapper and... More
