I don't know what's more impressive, the monument itself or the international effort that saved it from the waters of Lake Nassar. Either way, it's an unbelievable place. I was speachless when I walked around the corner and the temple was there in front of me. I am still in total awe! Of all the places I wanted to visit in Egypt, this was on the top of my wish. It is certainly a very speacial place.
