This old house is crowded and filled with lots of antiques. Old pictures, furnitures, religious statues, kitchen wares, wooden chairs, dinnerware and anything that you can imagine used in houses in the old days. The tour guides are friendly and good. You are also allowed to take pictures inside the house. It is great that the owners are preserving the... More

I visited this and a similar rival attraction on the same street. By comparison, this one felt a little stuffy and unclean. The building wasn't as well preserved - particularly the internal aspects, the external suggested better. It also felt quite cluttered and this got in the way of the building itself, which I think is the main thing here... More

The old house is full of religious statues. Almost all furniture are antique. According to the guide every generation of the Yap-Sandiego Family adds something to the house- may it be a collection of glassware or religious statues or furniture.

We enjoyed our visit in this very colorful, lively old house in the historic district of Cebu. The house is very old, and the furniture and items in this house are also all antique. The items are not locked up but left out to be admired better by visitors.

This is a privately owned residence. They decorated the place with lots of antiques. The dining room table was set with nice, old china, among others. They have a collection of antique statues of saints made of wood. The guide seemed knowledgeable of the place. Very interesting place to see.

Just around the corner from the Casa Gorordo Museum, the Yap Sandiego House is a real surprise. It looks like an overstuffed antique shop, full of fascinating furniture, objects, paintings, and a pretty little garden out back. The staff is really friendly and you are allowed to take photos.Apparently the owners still live there from time to time. This is... More
