This is actually a museum, quite interesing. There is a free tour where the guide explains about the history. Outside have nice square with beautiful gardens.

I was very well impressed by this building. They are tryong to do a good job. There are some permanent expositions, like the collection of coins, collection of arms, beautifully exposed and organized. There are always guides to elain their job and what they are working on.
