Very beautiful island. Took a while to get there from Koh Phangan but it was worth it. It's hard walking up to the viewpoint in the heat but the pictures you get are amazing!

I went here on a half-day trip from Ko Samui, booked through one of the local tourist huts on the street. I don't remember any of the names of the tours, the agency I used, or anything else but it is a very popular destination.
I did approximately zero research in advance, and that seemed to be completely fine.

Don't go for the beach and be prepared to share very limited space with thousands of other tourists. However if you enjoy snorkeling this is a must place to visit if you are staying at Koh Tao.
The island is a short long tail boat ride from Sairee beach and cost about £2 each.
The beach is very nice with the sea on both sides. When going into the sea there was a lot of pebbles and shells which was quite painful at times! There are a lot of fish around and some started eating my feet!...

We are not allowed to bring bottled water into the island. Needless to say, the drinks sold in the island was rather expensive. (eg: bottled coke at 60baht, coconut at 100baht)
Lunch was provided but there...

I don't know swimming and this was my first experience with the Snorkeling and i just loved it. The water is very clean and at 1ft only you can spot amazing varieties of the fishes. Simply great experience. note: please take your crocs along, the beach is full of Corals.
Beautiful island, spent a few hours snorkelling there and loved it! Very popular with Korean honeymooners.
Pick up at hotel at around 8:30am, speed boat at Bophut peer at 9, after 30 min, we arrived at the Koh Phangan island, we took cars with open air seats on the back, but with shades and very safe with our youg kids, we did some Chinese and Thai temples in lush vegetation mountains, but the best thing of...

Although the island itself is very beautiful, the beach isn't too great. there are rocks and shells on the beach, so wear shoes. They don't allow glass bottles in the island, but you can still find lots of trash in the water when you snorkel. I recommend hiking on top of the hill to see the picturesque view of the...
