This place is astonishingly beautiful! The Palace itself is gorgeous and the views are epic! Get there before 11.30am and take an elephant ride up to the Palace!

I ever visited this type of palaces, its is very huge and i dont know how many years it took for construction and how much money they incurred. Hope to get world Heritage property. Indian government has to safeguard old Palaces and Forts.

This is one of the most famous sites to visit in India (after the Taj Mahal, of course). It's not hard to see why. The place is huge, historic, beautiful. The elephant ride up the hill to the Fort is a must-do. Be prepared to do a lot of walking, bring water and wear a hat. The workmanship and engineering... More

It is an amazing fort with lots of interesting stories. It is a must visit, if somebody is on Rajasthan tour. It is situated in the suburbs of the pinkcity. The elephant ride was most amazing and a must do activity. Since elephant ride is available to climb the fort, one can feel like a Maharaja.

Fantastic views, amazing examples of architecture and decoration. Don't be sucked in to paying for a guide, the plaques are very informative.

Take the elephant ride into the Fort, if at all possible. I had been on elephants before, in Thailand, but this was a neat experience too. In the mornings, the wait for elephant rides can seem long, but the line moves quickly, so don't be deterred. But the highlight is inside the ancient palace, I suggest you hire a guild,... More

It is an amazing fort with lots of interesting stories. Must visit. Being a big fan of the Hindi movie 'Lamhe', it was my childhood dream come true when I visited this palace.

Beautiful experience, it was all impressive and with the white marble palace, some part of the fort feels so cool. Couldn't go for the elephant ride though. Its worth the visit overall!
