Pre excursion service has been outstanding. Callie works hard to ensure that you get the best boat for your excursion by learning about your party etc. She was helpful in suggesting ways to maximize our time in port but working with another vendor to arrange an alternate pick up location so we could fit in two desired excursions.

Awesome few hours out on small boat with Captain Steve and a couple from Ontario. Saw seals and approximately 20 humpback whales. Experience of a life time! They take care of you from the moment they pick you up at your ship. Snacks on boat and trip back to ship stopped at Mendenhall Glacier. Perfect day.
