WAY too long (2 hours), guide was super nice, but a bit chatty, which made the tour a lot longer than it needed to be. Got some GREAT pics, tho!!

My husband and I had a one hour duet massage. It was wonderful. The service is first rate. Too bad it's attached to a less than stellar hotel.

They are good, we took their service & it was really good..... Very relaxing. Best part is that they are in the hotel floor and its great to come back & relax after you take their service.

I have to commend the entire staff of the 2nd floor Serenity Spa. I did not stay here however had the best all time body/booty massage/foot scrub/facial. We were glad the Spa could work in 2 foot massages after walking miles downtown. The foot scrub and massage was a good deal for the price.

Walls on both sides actually touched the toilet. Shower was too small to really turn around in. No hot water on last day we were there. I think another room actually had the ceiling cave in the same week we were there.
