Arco has been my longtime venue for everything from concerts, to games, to comedians, to graduations, to high school play offs. GO KINGS!!
Coming from Wisconsin, where basketball isn't all that popular as compared to football, I enjoyed the arena. It was old school, but there was a ton of menu options from fried rice, to nachos, to frozen yogurt bar. It was a fun atmosphere overall and I enjoyed watching the Kings play. Tickets were cheap and seats were good.
Well, the kings suck, but if you're seeing another show it's a pretty fun experience. Used to be Arco Arena, then Power Balance Arena and now Sleep Train Arena ... home of the Sacramento Kings. Facilities are clean and fairly well maintained. We attend the kings games as season ticket holders, so visit often during the basketball season.
The three of us were at the Arena to see a basketball game and noticed that the Kings have not improved it for years. It looks a bit shabby and certainly can not stand up to other sports arenas like the ones in Oakland and Los Angeles.
No matter what they call it, it will always be Arco Arena! I have been to so many events here over the years with some great memories! Kings games and bull riding are the highlights but it's a great venue because they also have everything from concerts, graduations, and even religious events. This last event was Disney on Ice which... More
Watched the Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa concert here and had a great time! No complaints. Security was good and seemed very on top of things.
Bob Dylan, Black Keys, etc. Why? The sound is so bad, even Bono has said he'd never return after his concert here many, many years ago. We avoid it at all costs.
Staff is friendly and professional, but this facility is old, tired, cheaply and quickly built, and is an embarrassment to Sacramento. Thank you Mayor Johnson for trying to get us a better location for sports events and concerts. If you ever went to a concert here, you know why some locals called it "Echo Arena" when it was named Arco... More
