Wines are very good, I especially liked the Zinfandel and the port dessert wines. The Jessup cellars offer a fun experience in a tasting room with generous pours and food pairings (like chocolate, cheese and nuts) -- so don't go right after lunch like we did, as you'll be too full to enjoy the yummy food they provide to pair... How a wine tasting should be. Slow, knowledgeable and great wine. Chris was our guide and he a very good understanding of what the winery was trying to achieve and the wine styles too. We had one local cheese with the wine which enhanced the experience too. Definitely recommend to those who want more than just a tourist experience. Sadly... More

Went for a wine tasting and got more than that. The lady taught us a lot about wine and how to pair it with snacks and food as well. It was very educational and the wine was great.

The staff is nice and relaxed, the wines are amazing (my favorite was the sauv blanc, my husband favored the cab port), and even the art is genuinely interesting. We made this one a quick visit on our way out of town, but next time we'll carve out a little more room to enjoy this place properly--it was one of... More

We stopped in here for a quick tasting before our lunch reservations @ French Laundry. Our server was fantastically friendly and upbeat..his name escapes me right this second, but he was one of the more entertaining servers I've ever had in wine country. The wines themselves were fine, nothing out-of-this-world. The inside also doubles as a kind of art gallery... More

Every wine we tried was delicious. Our favorites being the 2008 Cab and the 2010 Pinot Noir. The woman who served us knew a lot about the wine.

Jessup was recommended by our accommodation. We enjoyed our tastings and the gallery with contemporary art. Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable about the wine. Difficult to rate "sights" as it is not a winery with a vista. It's quaint though, a lovely spot.

Four of us spent one and one-half delightful hours with Laurel and the others who make Jessup Cellars tasting facility a 'don't miss this one' place in an area blessed with many excellent tasting facilities. These folks are blessed with fantastic wines to offer; but they do it with an expertise and entusiasm that will leave you wanting to come... More

We absolutely loved the wine here. We went to the tasting room via our private guide and had an amazing experience. Our tasting room staff was amazing. I really liked the cheese, chocolate and nuts provided with the wine. It was a nice touch. Very laid back place with exceptional wines!!

This smaller winery gives more personal attention and the wines are very good. You can only buy the wines at the location, which makes it worthwhile to visit.
