The inter coastal waterway is a great way to see the back of all those wonderful houses that you pass by road. You get to be a little bit nosey as you look into the owners gardens and sometimes actually into their houses. The money and opulence on show is really quite amazing. You can do this by catching the... More

The ambiance of the "New" River and the walk that goes along it is very nice. Private boats of all sizes, as well a water taxis are always going back and forth. There are periodic waterfront concerts there. At the Los Olas Blvd end of Riverwalk you can find a tour boat to take you downriver to the Port of... More

The intracoastal was beautiful and relaxing. Lots to do and see. The water taxi is a great way to get around and there's shopping and plenty of places to eat

Fortunately my cousin has a nice Searay to cruise and see all the beautiful homes and sites along the intracoastal. We usually stop along at a restaurant or two, Bahia Cabana, or Shooters, and grab appetizers and cocktail happy hours. You can also do the same with the Water Taxi's that stop at same places, and you can get off... More

As we actually used it from LBS to downtown Ft L it was great value. The scenic views from the boats are great and the "crews" are informative and fun.

Wonderful journey with a very good guide. The houses were absolutely stunning along the waterfront. We got off the boat at Las Olas Boulevard, where we viewed the shops and stopped for lunch.

Pick up a water taxi at Bahia Mar (just off Fort Lauderdale beach, south of the intersection of Las Olas and U.S. 1) and for $20, you can ride all day! Go north for a 20-minute ride past multi-million dollar homes and yachts and you can stop at the Galleria, and upscale mall. At the end of the north taxi... More

The best way to view the intracoastal waterway and on out into the Port Everglades docks to see the cruise ships. Narrated, air-conditioned on bottom deck and drinks while you tour the waterway.
