My eighteen year old grandson and I took a lesson from Christina. It was the quickest hour in history. She is an informative and knowledgeable guide. It was a blast. Thank you Christina !

Excellent and fun! Lauren was helpful and a good teacher. We loved it. We had from ages 16 to 66 and all did great. It was much easier than I thought and was something I will do again. Lauren did more than teach us paddle boarding, she pointed out fish and birds and etc. as well. To much fun!
