The best environment and climate to see some marine tropical marine species such as dolphins, killer whales, sea turtles, sea lions and the Florida Manatee. Some great shows on offer. Great place to take young kids.

Has an educational program for homeschoolers which I would recommended. It is hands on, the students learn how to take notes, the programs are once a month, but well worth it the drive which is a negative. As a tourist going once is well worth the trip, VERY pricy, but you do see a variety of marine mammals.

I'd booked a dolphin Odyssey for my kid, by phone, a week earlier and I was looking forward to seeing the place after about 10 years. Not much has changed, but it has gotten ridiculously more expensive. We walked around for a bit and finally headed to Dolphin Harbor for the dolphin swim. When we got there, my kid suited... More

Loved the shows that were put on and of course very impressed with the animals on show. Only a small place compared to Seaworld but well worth visit. No negatives.

The dolphin experience was fantastic! Didn't have to wait long and were in a small group. Also the best sea creatures there were definitely the sea cows/manatees! Food was good and the ice lemonade is a great way to cool off.

The Whale and Dolphin show was my favorite. It was my first time there and it was very hot out. They have a place where children can touch stingrays in the water and the kids liked it. They also liked the other section where there was a pirate boat with water guns and spray areas as grown ups could sit... More

The dolphin encounter, flipper show, and many other attractions are wonderful. We've been to aquariums all over the us and found this one to be unique. They have many of the same attractions as the others, but since they are smaller the crowds ate smaller. You actually get some one on one time with the trainers and can ask them... More

Having been to Sea World, my expectations were probably a little too high. The Seaquarium is small - which could be a plus for families with little ones. I went specifically for the Dolphin Encounter, which was amazing. For me, the Seaquarium was icing on the cake. If it had been the entire cake, I would have been disappointed.
