This was such a good thing. We were able to get off and on the Trolley all day long. Taking our time where and when we wanted. Really a good thing for visiters.
These folks have a great concept, they just need to invest some $$ in equipment ! The 3 day pass, on and off, tour folks are good, the seats will send you to the Dr. ! Be advised it looks like they all disappear for lunch from 12-12:30 with little or no notice. We were told to wait 5 minute... More
We purchased the 3 day pass, but the lady told us to bring our receipt back during our entire stay and we could ride as much as we liked. Parking is free in one of the 2 designated lots. Trolleys run about every 15-20 minutes and most of the drivers are very safe (we did encounter 1 driver that drove... More
We recently visited Old St Augustine Florida and decided to take a tour with Historic Tours (the ones that look like a trolley rather than a train). This tour took all day, you could get on and off at will, you can spend as much time at each attraction as you want, and the ticket was good for 3 days.... More
We drove to St Augustine to tour the historical sites including Fort Castillo del San Marcos. After spending about an hour looking for a parking place we happened on the trolley tours. For $23 per person we purchased a 3 day pass and boarded the trolley, which included free parking. The guide was a lifelong local resident who shared information... More
We loved this tour. The guide was fun and very knowledgeable. It took about an hour and a half, and was a lot of fun. You could get off and on as many times as you wanted to, and the pass was good for 3 days.
Good basic interesting knowledge of the city. Driver of train had a good knowledge of local sights. Free parking at train HQ. not having to worry about parking and on and off ability made experience great .
We had a very informative and inspirational tour guide on the trolley that took us throughout the Old town village in St. Augustine. You could tell this gentleman was a heartfelt individual who took pride in his community. I was impressed with all the history that was given and the Churches and homes that still are maintained in that area.... More
we are from Massachusetts, down in Florida on our honeymoon. We travelled 3-1/2 hours to see the St Augustine Historic District. It was very interesting. The oldest stone fort guarding the entryway to St Augustine from the harbor, the oldest wooden school house in America, the hundreds of little shops on cobblestone streets, the horse and buggy rides, the trolley...
