We always enjoy touring old homes adn estates. The tram tour we took allowed us to enter two of the cottages- one being the Rockefeller home. The cottages were well restored and decorated with period furnishings. We had a great time on the tour- a little rushed however. We will definitely return and walk through next time.

had a great time and highly recommend. my husband and i went and we enjoyed ourselves.. the dolphins were beautiful then we got to see the sunset on the water.. definitely will do again on next visit!

Always enjoyable to visit Jekyll Island. The National Historic Landmark District is a must see. I kind of don't want to give an outstanding recommendation for Jykyll Island because then it may get too crowded. The Jekyll Island Club Hotel is the special place you want to go. Our entire family had a wonderful time on the Dolphin tour. The Captain was very hospitable and was a wealth of knowledge. Our children loved seeing all the wildlife and especially the dolphins! Jekyll Island is only a short drive from St. Simons Island, where we were staying.
