We really liked this new attraction! We walked across the old railroad bridge that spans the Ohio River; it was cool!
If your planning on spending a few days in Louisville you hav eto visit the Waterfront Park. Even if you just here for a day its a must see!! Lots of festivals and events that overlook the Ohio river. Great views of downtown Louisville and Southern Indiana.
a great place in the evening, not manyi boats on the water but was just a peaceful place to be. A place you could sit and just watch others, some theatre group was practicing in the park, very intertaining
was a nice walking area but without an event scheduled would only be a spot to park car and wander through the downtown district
I really liked the giant steel porch swings and the availability of play areas for children. The sprayground wasn't functioning while we were there but it looked very inviting. There's a good amount of things to do within walking distance, and there's a beautiful view of the river! There's restaurants, bike rentals, playgrounds, sidewalks, swings, and lovely landscaping. If you're in Louisville and need a good place to visit or something to for an afternoon, this is a great place to go to!
