The most beautiful campsites ive seen, friendly and private, water was crystal clear, shame it was too cold to swim. Private showers which was great to have some privacy with the old lady while tent camping, the place was clean and well kept

Shoreline trail is perfection. Views to die for. Use rest room on way into park not the one at trailhead/beach.

Beautiful, well maintained state park on the lake. Nice trails of various distances to hike, . Quiet and peaceful.

It was a few years ago, but we got a more private site than others and felt the loveliness of this park. At that time we had a canoe (Now have two kayaks) and were blessed to be there to paddle in the moonlight. It was a beautiful, beautiful experience, because in addition to the moonlight, there was the call... More

Just looked around on our way up to Kakadjo. Beautiful swimming beach. Would go back here for swimming and picnic.

We only visited for an afternoon of wading and picnicing, but had a lovely visit. There were many families enjoying the beach and seemed to be having great fun. I did find it unusual that there were no garbage cans anywhere in the picnic area and was informed by the ranger at the entrance gate that guests are expected to... More

Nice grassy area and sandy beach with depth and a spectacular view across the lake to Big Squaw Mt. and beyond. Good but small trail network and easy kayak put-in from beach.

This is a park for campers as there is not much for the casual tourist who does not plan to fish, hike, or camp. There is a small beach that looks lovely, but the water was quite cold.

My wife and I stopped here and had a picnic by the lake. The scenery was great and we was plenty of birds.
