What a treat to run on the beach at 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning in April. I had it entirely to myself!
great for kids. water shallow at edge. lifeguards at all town public beaches. CBA great with membership.
Craigville is divided into 3 beaches. The end closest to Hyannis is a residents only beach that requires a sticker. The center section is a private beach with cabanas & restaurant. The other end is for young people and it is packed with teens and those on their 20's. All have great sandy beaches with great swimming. Lifeguards on duty...

View and fresh air - great hike on the beach pre-season. In the summer it is quite busy and hard to find parking. This is a great time to visit the area - Hyannis and Osterville are minutes away and there's always Four Seas Ice Cream - try the ginger. It's incredibly rich - bring your Lipitor as a chaser!
I live on Cape in Centerville but not always, BUT I LOVE Craigville Beach, its the best! LOTTTTSSSS of beach, snack bars, clean bathrooms and plenty of parking.

It is not suitable for small children just swim with them and/or keep them supervised. It is also very clean with services like bathrooms, showers, restaurants across the street....

The water is great during the summer and there is a sandbar for those brave enough to go out deep in the water. Seaweed is a rare...

We went to Craigville Beach and had a great time. It is a nice, quiet location and very beautiful! There is plenty of parking too and it was very close to the Capt. David Kelley Bed and Breakfast, where we stayed.
