We were looking for some fudge late at night and this was the only place still open on the island. The fudge was very good.

this is by far the best fudge/candy store on the island. you will have no problem finding one nearby,there are 5 shops.it is fun to watch the fudge making on the marble slab right beside the sales counter.there is such an enormous selection to choose from and all selections are good. we always pick up for our friends and family... Our family of five (3 kids ) tried everone's fudge both on MI and MC.....we found this to be a tie with JoAnne's. Firmer then some of the other brands. Ryba's was just a tad less sweet...which for adults is probably a plus. Love with walnuts and the double dark with walnuts is awesome. Ask for samples...they will be happy... More

Ryba's fudge was creamy & really, really good! I loved how it wasn't too sweet. The atmosphere was clean & well organized, & the staff was friendly. ;-)

As I mention in a review of another shop, this was a highly debated topic in my family. I found Ryba's to be best given it's silky smooth texture. I preferred it to Joann's sugary texture. Excellent fudge!!!
